Free Shipping:
Unlike many other web sites that have special rules and lots of fine print, This website offers free shipping on all orders, with no minimum order sizes or special exceptions. Shipping using EMS(express mail service) which is included the price of your bag, and is highly recommended for most regions. Soon after we ship your package, we will send you tracking number once it available.

Fast Delivery:
International shipping takes within 1 week time delivery usually. As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 24 hours to 2 business days. When you purchase item in our website, we can confidently assure that your shipment will be sent promptly and arrive securely to your door. You can track your shipment through the tracking system provided, or contact our customer service through via email.

Cancel the Orders:
If the demage was caused by human factor, the return/refund policy will be considered null and void. The product is subject to final inspection for the above conditions before your return is processed. In order to avoid unnecessary costs on both sides please contact with us email us immediately before return the item. 25% cancellation fee applies.

Return & Exchange the Orders:
In the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer. If you are not satisfied with your orders, you reserve the rights to accept a return or an exchange. To return or exchange an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason and send back the items within 15 days upon receipt. All return packages must be insured, exchanges will be sent out within 5-7 days once the return has been received. Buyers are always responsible for the shipping charges to return. We will then provide you with further instructions and credit your original method of payment, excluding 25% re-stocking/processing fee and US$30 return fee. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
